Precise material ratio: The production line is equipped with a high-precision material
ratio system, which can accurately control the amount of each raw
material in the product. Whether it is absorbent resin, non-woven
fabric or hot melt adhesive, it can be accurately placed according
to the preset formula, to ensure the quality of each adult diaper
is stable and consistent, and to avoid product performance
fluctuations caused by material proportion deviation.
Optimize the production beat: Through the in-depth analysis and simulation of the production
process, the operation time of each production link is accurately
adjusted to achieve the optimization of the production beat. Each
process is closely connected, reducing the idling of equipment and
product waiting time, so that the overall operating efficiency of
the production line is greatly improved, and more high-quality
products can be produced per unit time.
Reduce product switching time: In the production of adult diapers of different specifications and
styles, rapid mold change and parameter presetting technology are
used. Technicians input the production parameters of new
