Working Principle

1. Power Transmission
Power is provided by a motor, which transmits it to the shredder's main shaft through a transmission device such as a pulley, coupling, or reducer, causing the main shaft to rotate steadily at the set speed and direction. Typically, a dual or quad motor drive system is used to ensure sufficient power to shred large and tough materials like car shells.

2. Material Input

3. Shredding Process
