SRF Shredder Industrial Waste Shredder Textile Shredder Leather Shredder Cloth Shredder SRF Plant Products Description SRF, the full name of which is Solid Recovered Fuel, namely solid recovered fuel, is an alternative fuel made from waste after pretreatment. It is mainly composed of renewable resources such as municipal solid waste, industrial waste and agricultural waste. Through a series of complex technological processes, such as sorting, crushing, drying and molding, these wastes are transformed into a high calorific value solid fuel that can be used for power generation or heating by combustion. SRF has multiple advantages, such as reducing landfill volume, lowering greenhouse gas emissions, and conserving primary resources. Meanwhile, due to its high calorific value and stable combustion,SRF also has great potential in replacing traditional fossil fuels. At present, SRF has been widely applied and promoted in many countries and regions. SRF shredder is a kind of equipment specially used for processing solid waste and converting it into recycled fuel. SRF shredder shreds materials based on the principle of low speed, high torque and rotary shear. The material enters the shredding box through the feeding system. The box is equipped with shredding knives and blades, and the push box pushes the material to the vicinity of the blades. The material is torn into small pieces by the shredding blades, pressed and sheared, and discharged from the screen holes. SRF shredder is suitable for the crushing of solid waste such as waste plastics, electronic waste, urban waste, domestic waste, kitchen waste, medical waste, various types of wood, etc. It is also commonly used for the crushing of waste large-diameter PE plastic pipes, bales of plastic film, large piles of plastic sheets and head materials.

Municipal domestic waste Combustible light materials: waste plastics, waste paper, fabrics, etc.; Packaging waste: such as plastic bottles, foam, etc., need to be crushed and mixed with other high calorific value materials to improve combustion stability. 3. Agricultural and forestry waste Straw/rice husk: high cellulose content, moderate calorific value, but need to be compressed to increase density; Garden waste: branches, fallen leaves, etc., need to be dried to reduce the impact of moisture. 4.
