Wear-resistant design of key parts of the guide rail
The friction pair of the shear slide rail is composed of high-strength and high-wear-resistant copper alloy plate and quenched alloy wear-resistant steel plate, which meets the requirements of harsh equipment use environment, large equipment load and large friction. The shear slide rail adopts automatic lubrication to prevent dry friction from damaging the rail. The equipment is equipped with a lubrication and oil-cut automatic shutdown function.
Surface treatment of the equipment and processing of the product host are all welded with steel plates, painted after removing rust (shot blasting), and sharp edge burrs are removed. The main machine weld is straight, the shape is regular, the mechanical strength is high, and the appearance quality is good. The gantry frame is vibrated to relieve stress after welding, and the shearing knife seat (cast steel) is tempered to relieve stress. It is processed as a whole on a large floor CNC boring machine, which ensures the installation accuracy of shearing guide rails, pressure guide rails, cylinders and other components, and improves the service life of the equipment.
