Line Configuration and Process Flow
Our standard peanut snack bar production line includes the

1.Automatic Mixing System
Function: Evenly blends oats, peanuts, syrups (honey, glucose), oils,
protein powder, and other dry and wet ingredients.
Feature: Jacketed mixing tank for temperature control (heating/cooling) to
achieve the perfect consistency for extrusion.
2.Bar Forming Machine
Function: Receives the mixed mass and forms it into a continuous,
uniform sheet of precise thickness.
Feature: Dual-roller extrusion or pressing. Adjustable roller gap for
different bar thicknesses (e.g., 10mm-30mm).
3.Continuous Cooling Tunnel
Function: Cools and solidifies the formed bar sheet, making it stable

4. Coating & Enrobing (Optional)
