Compact Structure and Lightweight

rails and reducing requirements on factory structures.
High Efficiency and Safety
Dual Braking System: Typically equipped with two independent
braking systems: a mechanical (disc) brake and an electromagnetic
brake (or electronically controlled brake). This provides high
safety redundancy, ensuring reliable stopping of heavy loads at any
position and preventing falls.
Overload Protection: A built-in overload protection device
automatically cuts off power when the lifting weight exceeds the
rated load (e.g., 105%-125%), protecting the hoist and operator
safety.
Low Voltage Control: The control system typically uses a safe low
voltage of 24V or 36V, effectively preventing electric shock risks
to operators even in humid or conductive environments.
