1. Wire Rope and Drum

    

   • Wire Rope: High-strength, anti-rotation, galvanized wire rope, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and with good safety.

   • Drum: Made of seamless steel pipe or steel plate, with precision-machined rope grooves to effectively guide the wire rope into neat alignment and reduce wear. A rope clamp is usually used to prevent the wire rope from slipping out of the groove.

   • Lightweight and High-Strength Design

     • Using high-strength aluminum alloy/alloy steel as the main structural materials (such as end beams and housings) significantly reduces the weight of the hoist and crane while ensuring structural strength.
