Doudble-Twisted Hexagonal Gabion Box made by high-quality low-carbon steel wire, processed through mechanical double-twist weaving to form a firm hexagonal mesh opening—Double Twsit weaving method enhances the mesh’s tensile strength, making it resistant to deformation even under strong water impact or soil lateral pressure.

The metal wire surface can be cover with heavy zinc coating, from 60g  to 275g, also can add PVC coated after zinc coating, it has excellent water resistance, alkali resistance, and UV resistance, which can effectively isolate the steel wire from river water, moisture, and harmful substances in the soil, avoiding rust and extending the product’s service life to over 15 years in harsh outdoor environments.

The 2x1x1m standard modular design optimizes the product’s practicality in engineering. During transportation, the baskets can be folded flat, reducing storage and transportation space by 60% compared to assembled ones, which lowers logistics costs. On-site construction requires no complex equipment: workers only need to unfold the baskets, splice them into a continuous protective belt using matching PVC-coated connecting clips, and then fill them with 50-200mm natural stones or gravel. The filling material not only reinforces the basket’s structure but also forms a permeable barrier—when river water rushes against the bank, the water can seep through the mesh gaps, reducing the impact force on the bank; at the same time, the stones and mesh work together to lock the soil on the slope, preventing soil loss caused by rainfall or water scouring.
