Features of Nanfengwang Fish Cage
Strong ability of anti-wind,anti-current and anti-wave. It's made of new material HDPE pipe,making the cage have a long life. The cage capacity is large and makes a high survival rate.
1. Wide range of applications, it can be set in the depth of water from -6m to 50m.
2. Strong ability of wind resistance, can defend against the typhoon,the maximum is 12 grade.Strong ability of wave resistance to 7m,strong ability of current resistance to 1.2m/s.
3. Aquaculture capacity,the living space and growing space are large.
4. The cage has a long life, the cage frame can be used over 15 years.
5. The net can be replaced easily.
6. Material is a marine special HDPE pipe,which is high strength,high toughness,anti-oxidant and anti-aging.

1. Floating Pipe: The Key part of the pipe, two of a complete Fish cage, inside can be filled with foam which strengthen the Buoyancy(See 7).
2. Handrail Pipe: higher than the floating pipe and water level, can be held by fisherman while feeding or fishing.
3. Bracket: usually every 2 meter of 1 pc, major part of supporting the fish cage structure, including L shape Bracket, triangle bracket, one-hole bracket and two-holes bracket etc., each has deferent features and advantages.
4. Walkway Decking: equipped for more convenient for feeding or fishing, can also be replaced by plank, not a must of a fish cage.
5. Pipe for the Walkway Decking: there are two small holes both in the bracket and the walkway decking, while two small pipes can combine the bracket and walkway decking to make it stronger.
6. Secondary Pipe: make the fish cage more stable.
7. Foam inside the floating pipe: usually only the inside floating pipe will use the foam to add Buoyancy.
8. Pin: combine the handrail pipe and bracket, also the bracket and floating pipe.
9. Stopper: being used at both side of bracket which give a swing space for the bracket. as storm and ocean current, a little space for bracket can bring more elasticity and longer life span for the fish cage.
