Product Introduction
- High Efficiency and Productivity: This machine boasts an impressive
yield rate of over 97%, ensuring that users can achieve maximum
productivity in a short amount of time. This is particularly
beneficial for customers who need to process large quantities of
marble blocks.
- Environmental Benefits: The machine features an emission reduction
of over 90% and a noise reduction of over 40db, making it a more
environmentally friendly option compared to traditional stone
cutting machines.

How is the flatness of the slabs cut by a wire saw, and is there a
need for calibration?
The flatness of the slabs processed by a wire saw fully meets the
requirements, and normally, slabs cut to completion do not need
calibration, except in cases of malfunction that require special
treatment. On a slab surface of 2000x3000mm, the flatness is
≤0.2mm. Generally speaking, for example, if a slab needs to have a
final polished thickness of 18mm, it is only necessary to reserve
0.3mm for polishing and cut the slab at 18.3mm. After polishing,
the slab will have the required thickness of 18mm. If you want to
be more conservative, you can reserve a bit more, like 0.5mm.
