compressor replacement precautions:  

1. Before replacing the new compressor, please clean the air conditioning pipe, condenser, evaporator, etc., separate and clean the pipes in the system, soak the cleaning agent into the pipe, condenser, evaporator for about 20 minutes, and then flush out the cleaning agent and dirt with high-pressure nitrogen;

2. Clean the expansion valve or replace it directly;

3. Please choose pure cold coal, beware of fake and shoddy;

Tips:   

If the original compressor is damaged and failed due to stuck or pulled cylinder, the pipeline must be cleaned when installing a new compressor, and the condenser should be replaced. Due to the special structure of the condenser, the aluminum chips, iron powder and other residues generated by the stuck or pulled cylinder of the original compressor cannot be completely removed, and forced installation will lead to the rapid pulling of the new compressor cylinder.
