This machine adopts a digital keyboard for free lifting, and each
group of sanding frames can be raised and lowered electrically;
each group of sanding frames can manually adjust the rotation
speed; the conveyor belt table can be raised and lowered freely
from 0 to 100 mm; each group of sanding frames vibrates left and
right, and the vibration amplitude can be adjusted in three stages,
and the vibration travel uses linear guide rail sliding, not the
traditional cylindrical slide block, with higher precision; each
group of sanding frames are removable, convenient for changing
sandpaper, with 12 small brush plates on the first, second, and
third groups. It can basically achieve no blind spots, each brush
plate is fixed with a quick connector, can be taken down by hand,
very convenient to change the sand belt; the fourth group
transmission uses a synchronous aluminum belt wheel transmission,
all connecting motors are selected with worm gear reducers for
sanding, and the fourth, fifth, and sixth groups of brush rolls are
driven in a direct connection, which makes the whole machine more
synchronous.
