Bottled powder filling machine is an automated equipment used to
quantitatively fill powdered materials (such as milk powder,
medicines, food additives, chemical raw materials, etc.) into
bottles.
Automatic quantitative filling
Precise metering: Through screws, turntables or volumetric metering
devices, high-precision quantitative filling of powders is
achieved, and the error is usually controlled within the range of
±0.5%-2%.
Multi-specification adaptation: Supports filling requirements of
different weights (such as 50g, 200g, 1kg, etc.), and can be
flexibly switched by adjusting parameters or changing molds.
Automatic operation
Automatic bottle loading/unloading: Integrated conveyor belt or
bottle unscrambler, automatically completes the conveying,
positioning and output of finished products after filling of empty
bottles.
Leak-proof design: The filling head adopts a sealed structure to
avoid powder overflow, reduce waste and pollution.
Synchronous sealing: Some models can be linked with capping
machines and aluminum foil sealing machines to achieve integrated
filling-sealing operations.
