High-speed powder packaging machine is a kind of equipment
specially used for fast and automatic packaging of powder materials
(such as milk powder, coffee, medicine, chemical raw materials,
etc.)
Efficient metering and filling
Precise quantitative: Through spiral, plunger or vibration metering
devices, high-precision quantitative measurement of powder
materials can be achieved (the error is usually ≤±1%).
High-speed processing: The packaging speed can reach 100-300 bags
per minute (depending on the machine model and packaging
specifications), which significantly improves production
efficiency.
2. Multi-functional packaging form
Support for various bag types: It can produce a variety of bag
types such as three-side seal, four-side seal, back seal,
self-supporting bag, etc.
Multi-column packaging: Some models support multi-column
synchronous packaging to further improve production capacity.
3. Intelligent control and operation
PLC + servo system: Precise motion control is achieved through
programmable logic controller (PLC) and servo motor to reduce
mechanical wear.
Human-machine interaction interface: Touch screen operation,
support parameter setting, fault diagnosis and data recording.
Automatic adjustment function: It can automatically adjust
parameters such as filling speed and sealing temperature according
to material characteristics
