1. 1.5D x 38mm – Fine Denier / Cotton Type

• Application: Ideal for blending with cotton, wool, or other fibers for spinning into yarn. Widely used in the production of apparel fabrics, socks, sportswear, and hosiery.

• Nonwovens: Suitable for spunlace nonwoven (hydroentanglement) to produce wipes and medical textiles due to its softness.

• Benefit: Provides a soft hand feel, excellent moisture management, and high durability to fabrics.

2. 3D x 64mm – Medium Denier / Technical

• Application: Perfect for needle punch nonwoven manufacturing. Used in producing automotive interiors (headliners, trunk liners), geotextiles, filtration media, and industrial felts.
