ZFeng MQ Series Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch MQ5 Automatic Transfer Switch (ATSE) is an automatic transfer
switch that integrates switch and logic control without the need
for an external controller, truly realizing mechatronics
integration. It has functions such as voltage detection, frequency
detection, communication interface electrical, mechanical
interlocking, etc. It can achieve automatic, electric remote, and
emergency manual control. The operation is managed by the logic control board using various
logic commands to operate the motor and gearbox. The motor is
equipped with a switch spring to store energy, an instantaneous
release acceleration mechanism, and a quick connection and
disconnection circuit breaker or circuit conversion. Safety
isolation is achieved through obvious visible states, greatly
improving various electrical and mechanical performance. Compliant with standards: IEC60947-6-1,GB/T14048.11 Technical Features Fast Switching - Switching time typically ranges from tens of milliseconds to
several seconds, depending on the load type and switch model.
- For sensitive loads (e.g., IT equipment), switching time must be
less than 10ms, requiring a static transfer switch (STS).
Intelligent Control - Equipped with a microprocessor-based controller for real-time power
source monitoring and support for multiple switching modes (e.g.,
auto-transfer with auto-reversion, auto-transfer without reversion,
mutual backup).
- Parameters such as switching delay, voltage/frequency thresholds,
and others can be configured.
High Reliability - Utilizes mechanical and electrical interlocking to prevent
simultaneous connection of both power sources.
- Provides protection against overload, overvoltage, undervoltage,
phase failure, frequency anomalies, and other faults.
Remote Monitoring - Supports communication interfaces such as RS485, Modbus, and
Ethernet, enabling integration with building automation systems
(BAS) or power monitoring systems (SCADA) for remote monitoring and
management.
