Robot specific universal servo frequency drive is a drive control
device designed for robot systems, which combines high-precision
control of servo motors with the speed regulation function of
frequency converters. It is suitable for robot application
scenarios that require flexible movement, precise positioning, and
high dynamic response.
The ZF900E series developed and produced by our company adopts
synchronous motor mode, and synchronous motors have core advantages
such as constant speed, high power factor, and high efficiency,
which are suitable for various industrial occasions that require
stable operation, energy saving and consumption reduction.

- high precision control: Using vector control or direct torque
control technology to achieve precise closed-loop control of
position, speed, and torque. The position control accuracy can
reach ± 1 pulse, and the speed fluctuation rate is less than 0.1%,
meeting the high-precision requirements of robot joint motion.
- Wide speed range and high dynamic response: Speed ratio ≥
1:5000, speed range covering 0-6000 RPM, supporting rapid
acceleration and deceleration (such as 0-3000 RPM/s). The
response time of the current loop is ≤ 50 μ s, and the response
time of the speed loop is ≤ 1ms, ensuring the agility of the
robot's movements.
- High power density and compact design: The power density is
increased by 30% compared to traditional frequency converters, and
the volume is reduced by 40%, which is suitable for the compact
space requirements of robot joints.
Supports IP65 protection level, suitable for complex working
