Frequency Drive is a variable frequency speed regulation device
designed specifically for ball mills, combining intelligent control
technology with variable frequency drive functions to optimize the
operating efficiency of ball mills, reduce energy consumption, and
improve equipment reliability.
Core Functions- Intelligent Control
Built in PLC or microprocessor, supports multi-stage automatic
operation, can preset grinding time, grinding time, and automatic
shutdown function. Equipped with adaptive control capability, it can automatically
adjust the motor speed according to load changes to achieve the
best grinding effect. Support remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, integrate with the
upper computer or DCS system through communication interfaces (such
as Modbus, Profibus) to achieve real-time data acquisition and
status monitoring. - Variable Frequency Drive
Adopting vector control or direct torque control (DTC) technology,
providing high-precision torque and speed control, fast dynamic
response, and wide speed range. Support soft start function, eliminate startup shock, extend device
lifespan, and reduce maintenance costs. The energy-saving effect is significant, and by optimizing the
motor speed and load matching, the comprehensive energy-saving rate
can reach 12% -30%.

Selection Suggestions- Select based on power requirements:
Small ball mill (≤ 55kW): Low voltage frequency converter (such as
380V) is recommended. Large ball mill (>55kW): It is recommended to use a high-voltage
frequency converter (such as 3kV or above). - Select based on control accuracy:
Scenarios with high requirements for speed regulation accuracy:
prioritize vector control or DTC type frequency converters. Cost sensitive scenarios: V/F control type frequency converters can
be considered.
