Utilizing GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel with integral
quenching and hardening, and an optimized ball bearing circulation
structure, it boasts a 25% increase in rated dynamic load, capable
of withstanding high-frequency reciprocating impacts. Perfectly
suited for the 24/7 continuous operation requirements of logistics
production lines, its service life is 1.8 times longer than
ordinary products.
Standard configuration includes double-contact dustproof seals,
effectively blocking warehouse dust, paper scraps, and oil,
significantly reducing maintenance frequency and downtime risk.
Precision-ground raceways combined with high-precision steel balls
achieve a friction coefficient as low as 0.001, a maximum linear
speed of 5m/s, and operating noise below 45dB, significantly
improving sorting and handling efficiency.
Standardized dimensions across the entire series ensure high
interchangeability and easy installation. It can directly replace
imported equivalent products, providing a reliable linear motion
solution for intelligent logistics.
