utilizes imported German bearing steel and a triple precision
grinding process. Its precision grades cover C1-C5, with
positioning accuracy up to ±0.003mm/300mm and repeatability
±0.001mm, perfectly meeting the micron-level machining requirements
of precision molds and aerospace parts.
The innovative double-nut preload design increases dynamic rigidity
by 40%, enabling it to withstand high-torque cutting loads. The
optimized ball bearing circulation system, with a DN value up to
150,000, achieves high-speed, stable operation with noise levels
below 55dB. Through cryogenic treatment and surface nitriding, its
hardness reaches HRC60-62, increasing wear resistance by 50% and
extending service life by more than three times.
With 20 inspection processes throughout the entire process, quality
is traceable. It supports customized shaft end machining, special
leads, and dust and corrosion protection solutions, making it a
core transmission component for high-precision, high-efficiency
machining on high-end CNC machine tools.
