Designed with a focus on stroke and precision, our ball screws
provide the ideal solution for long-travel, high-accuracy linear
motion applications. In terms of stroke control, we utilize
advanced processes to ensure excellent consistency. For long-stroke
applications, we optimize the screw's slenderness ratio through
finite element analysis, effectively suppressing vibration during
high-speed operation. Additionally, we offer end machining support,
bearing block customization, and auxiliary support systems to
maintain rigidity across the full screw length. Even for strokes
exceeding 6 meters, we guarantee smooth operation, meeting the
demanding requirements of large gantry machining centers,
industrial robot tracks, and automated logistics systems.
Regarding precision, we offer selectable accuracy grades from C5 to
C3, rigorously controlling lead error and axial clearance to ensure
consistent positioning and repeatability throughout every segment
of the stroke. Our ground-grade screws utilize a thread grinding
process applied after heat treatment, which eliminates material
deformation and ensures cumulative lead error over the entire
length is controlled within the micron level. For applications
demanding high dynamic response, we also provide preloaded nut
assemblies to eliminate backlash and improve response speed.
