Standard procedures must be followed during use: Wear gloves before
installation to prevent oxidation caused by sweat stains. The
slider is equipped with a dummy rail that does not need to be
removed; align it with the guide rail and push gently to make the
dummy rail fall off naturally, avoiding steel ball detachment.
Tighten bolts in a diagonal sequence; for high-precision scenarios,
fix them sequentially from one side to eliminate stress.
Daily maintenance is crucial. Regularly clean surface impurities
and inject specialized lubricant through the oil nozzle. It is
strictly prohibited to wipe with alcohol or thinner. Avoid
operating the slider beyond the guide rail range. Strengthen
sealing protection in humid and dusty environments, and regularly
inspect the condition of sealing gaskets and oil nozzles to extend
service life.
