Linear Guide Rail and Slider with Precise Repeat Positioning Linear guides and sliders are custom-designed for core CNC machine
tool transmission applications, precisely adapting to critical
components such as X/Y/Z axis feed systems, spindle box guidance,
and precise table positioning. They are core components ensuring
CNC machining accuracy and efficiency. Utilizing a four-row ball
bearing load design, they possess exceptional high rigidity and
four-directional equal load capacity, stably withstanding radial
and overturning torques during cutting and preventing motion
deviation. A unique DF circular arc groove combination provides excellent
self-aligning capability, precisely absorbing installation errors
and achieving μm-level repeatability, ensuring dimensional
consistency in the machining of complex parts. Made with selected
high-strength alloy steel and an optimized lubrication structure,
they are wear-resistant, durable, and operate quietly, suitable for
the long-term continuous operation requirements of CNC machine
tools. The sliders and guides are interchangeable, facilitating
installation. Having passed stringent quality certifications, they
provide reliable transmission support for CNC milling machines,
machining centers, and other equipment.
