Enclosed Screw Modules Product Overview
The PCH series fully enclosed screw modules are precision linear
transmission components designed specifically for harsh
environments. Adopting a fully enclosed structure and ball screw
technology, they integrate high precision, high load capacity, and
long service life, and are widely used in fields requiring high
cleanliness such as semiconductor manufacturing, medical equipment,
and food processing. Through special sealing design and material
technology, the modules effectively block the intrusion of dust,
oil, and foreign objects, ensuring stable operation in Class 10
cleanroom environments. Core Advantages
(1) Fully Enclosed Protection Design
Triple sealing structure: Equipped with a stainless steel belt
cover, labyrinth-type profile, and optional bellows cover,
achieving IP54 dust and water resistance. Certified by SGS, it can
be used in cleanrooms for long-term operation.
Low particle generation performance: Internal moving parts undergo
special treatment, and combined with the optional air suction
nozzle design, they can discharge tiny particles generated during
operation in real time, meeting the cleanliness requirements of
semiconductor, medical, and other industries.
(2) High Precision and Stability
Ball screw drive: Standard configuration with Class C7 precision
ball screw (Class C3 optional), featuring a repetitive positioning
accuracy of ±0.01mm, ensuring precise positioning and long-term
operational stability.
High rigidity structure: Aluminum alloy profiles undergo CNC
integrated forming processing, combined with a dual-rail and
four-slider design. The horizontal load can reach 55kg, the
side-hanging load 55kg, the vertical load 16kg, the maximum stroke
1050mm, and the maximum speed 1000mm/s. (3) Long Service Life and Low Maintenance
Wear-resistant material technology: The profile surface undergoes
electrophoretic treatment; guide rails and screws are made of
high-hardness alloy, and combined with a centralized oiling system,
the service life exceeds 10,000 hours.
Modular design: The cover is removable for easy cleaning and
maintenance; key components (such as screws and guide rails) adopt
imported brands (e.g., Hiwin, TBI), resulting in a low failure
