Efficient High Precision Ball Screw For Automation CNC
Industrial Robots
SEXGL ground ball screws deliver unparalleled accuracy and
durability in high-precision automation systems, trusted by global
leaders like BYD (EV powertrain assembly) and BOE (LCD panel
cutting robots) across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and
South Korea. This ball screw is specifically engineered for
high-precision linear motion systems, serving as a core
transmission component in automation equipment, CNC machines, and
industrial robots. It achieves rotational-to-linear motion
conversion through rolling friction, combining high operational
efficiency with minimal wear. This makes it ideal for applications
requiring precise positioning as well as high-speed, heavy-load
scenarios. dynamic performance.
Characteristics
Superior Precision: ±5 microns positioning error meets the demands
of precision manufacturing in semiconductor and optical industries.
Extended Durability: Carburized alloy steel material with multiple
seals enhances service life by over 50% compared to traditional
ball screws.
Intelligent Adaptability: Supports customization of C3 to C7
precision grades, available with dust-proof (IP65) or
corrosion-resistant coating versions.
Theory
Ball screws operate via recirculating ball bearings that roll
between the screw shaft and nut. As the screw rotates, the balls
circulate through helical grooves, transferring motion linearly.
This rolling-contact mechanism replaces sliding friction with
near-frictionless motion, reducing heat generation and power
consumption. Preload adjustments eliminate axial play, ensuring
zero backlash and enhanced positional accuracy.
