Understanding how paper rolls can be turned into paper cups can help us better understand their original design intention:

1. Unwinding and feeding: A huge paper roll is installed on the paper cup machine, and fan-shaped paper sheets are fed out at a constant speed.
2. Cup wall forming and side sealing: Fan shaped paper sheets are wrapped around a conical mandrel mold, rolled into the shape of the cup wall, and the side seams are firmly bonded by hot air or ultrasonic technology.
3. Stamping and bonding of cup bottom: A circular cup bottom paper sheet (usually from another type of roll) is stamped out and tightly bonded to the bottom of the cup wall through a curling process, forming a sealed cup bottom.
