PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This machine is used to produce aluminum venetian blind with
process of slats forming, punching,cutting and ladder threading.
TRAITS ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.Programmable logic controller inner system, touch screen operating panel 2.Distance of side hole and slat edge is set by touch screen. more convinient and more accurate, improve the efficiency. 3.Using servo system to feeding slat with good efficiency and accuracy.Servo motor drives slat lifting with same synchronization of threading station. 4.independent coil feeding stand (important for less than16mm wide
slat). 5.The value you need to set is:Slat lenght, hole quantity, slat quantity.After value setting, machine will complete forming. punching cutting and ladder threading.And two times finished slats lifting. 6.Option:Can interchange operating system of side hole system and common system,no need changing cutting die. 7.Slat width choice:12.5mm,16mm,25mm,35mm,50mm.
