Our Precision Etched Encoder Disk is manufactured using advanced
photo chemical etching technology, ensuring extremely fine slot
patterns and high dimensional accuracy. Encoder disks are essential components used in rotary encoders and
motion control systems. The etched slots or patterns allow optical
or magnetic sensors to detect rotational position, speed, and
direction with high precision. Compared with traditional stamping processes, chemical etching
provides: Burr-free edges Ultra-fine slot structures High pattern consistency Excellent repeatability for mass production We provide custom encoder disks according to customer drawings, including different diameters, slot counts, hole patterns, and materials. With integrated capabilities including chemical etching, CNC
machining, and laser cutting, we can manufacture encoder disks for
