Etching Process
We use photochemical etching (chemical milling) to manufacture metal shims:
Material cleaning – Raw metal sheets are thoroughly cleaned.
Lamination & exposure – Photoresist film is applied and exposed with precise shim
patterns.
Development – Unexposed areas are removed, revealing the metal.
Etching – Chemical etchant dissolves exposed areas to create shims
with high precision.
Stripping – Remaining photoresist is stripped away.
Inspection & packaging – 100% quality check before shipment.
This process produces burr-free, stress-free shims without heat or
mechanical impact.
