performance and durability. Etching Process StepsMaterial Preparation – Select stainless steel, titanium, or other alloys (0.05–3.0mm
thick). Cleaning – Remove oil and contaminants for uniform etching. Lamination – Apply dry film photoresist on both sides. Exposure & Development – Transfer flow field pattern using high-resolution photo
tools. Etching – Spray etch both sides simultaneously for burr-free,
stress-free channels. Stripping – Remove photoresist. Inspection – Automated optical measurement of channel depth, width, and
uniformity.
