- Once the design is approved, we will produce a sample for
confirmation.
- Mass production will only proceed after the sample is finalized and
approved by you.
4. How can I get samples? Are samples charged? How long does it
take to ship samples?- Contact our account manager by sending an inquiry to request
samples.
- Stock samples are free of charge. For custom samples, charges are
based on your specific requirements. However, the sample fee can be
refunded depending on your order amount.
- Samples will be shipped within 7 days.
5. How long does shipping take?Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 15 working days after
payment and document confirmation. - For urgent orders, we can adjust the schedule accordingly and will
closely monitor the production process to meet your timeline.
