SA-624 Solvent-based Acrylic Resin is a specially engineered thermoplastic acrylic resin developed for high-performance heat-sealable lacquer systems, particularly for aluminum foil laminations with PVC and other plastic substrates. With a balanced molecular structure and a relatively low glass transition temperature (Tg), SA-624 provides an excellent combination of flexibility, adhesion, and sealing reliability, making it well suited for demanding packaging applications, including food-contact uses. SA-624 exhibits outstanding adhesion to a variety of substrates, including aluminum foil laminated to PVC, PS, and PET. This strong interfacial bonding ensures reliable seal integrity and good peel strength
