Detailed Product Description

1J33 is a nickel-iron soft magnetic alloy belonging to the high-permeability Permalloy family. Its main composition is based on nickel and iron, with carefully controlled alloying additions to optimize magnetic performance. It features relatively high initial magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and good magnetic stability, making it suitable for precision electromagnetic applications. Compared with some high-nickel soft magnetic alloys, 1J33 offers a balanced combination of magnetic properties and mechanical workability.

After appropriate cold working and annealing treatment, 1J33 exhibits improved soft magnetic performance, particularly in weak magnetic field conditions where it provides high sensitivity and low energy loss. However, the material is stress-sensitive, so vacuum or protective atmosphere annealing is typically required to relieve internal stress and stabilize its magnetic properties.

1J33 is widely used in precision electromagnetic components and weak magnetic field applications, such as magnetic shielding structures, precision transformer cores, magnetic sensors, and high-sensitivity relays. It is an important functional material in electronic systems that require low noise, high stability, and reliable magnetic performance.
