Product Description
ERNiCr-4 is a solid nickel-chromium alloy welding wire specifically
designed for welding base metals of similar composition such as
Inconel® 600 (UNS N06600). Known for its excellent resistance to
oxidation, corrosion, and carburization, this filler metal is ideal
for use in high-temperature and chemically aggressive environments.
It is suitable for both TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding
processes, offering stable arc characteristics, smooth bead
formation, and good mechanical performance. ERNiCr-4 is widely used
in the chemical processing, nuclear, aerospace, and marine
industries.
Key Features
Excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion in high-temperature
environments
