The low-frequency high-power cleaning equipment specially designed
for automotive parts (engine block/cylinder head, bearing/gear,
brake caliper, injection mold) integrates two core modules of 28KHz
ultrasonic demulsification and electric lifting system, and
achieves 99.5% grease removal rate and 50μm-level particle removal
capacity for heavy oil stains (viscosity ≥500cSt) such as
high-viscosity cutting fluid, grease, and carbon deposits. The
equipment adopts a single-tank independent design (volume 100-500L
optional), which is suitable for small and medium-sized batch
production and maintenance scenarios, and meets the needs of heavy
oil cleaning before degreasing, electroplating and assembly of auto
parts, and the surface tension of the workpiece after cleaning is ≥
72mN/m, which effectively improves the yield of subsequent
