Introduction

The AS631 dyeing machine is primarily designed for processing woven fabrics, including natural and synthetic fibers, blended fibers such as T/C, T/R, and T/W, as well as high value-added microfibers and composite fibers. With its large-capacity design, the machine ensures smooth operation for both lightweight and heavyweight fabrics while maintaining an efficient low liquor ratio ranging from 1:6 to 1:8. The system incorporates a large-flow nozzle that works in conjunction with a high-lift main pump to enhance uniform dyeing effects through high-speed circulation. For improved operational efficiency, the machine features a special guide cloth device at the tail section that optimizes fabric arrangement and minimizes production stoppages, ensuring continuous and stable running throughout the dyeing process.
