Introduction

AS630's body and all parts in contact with the dyeing liquid are constructed from highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel. A high-efficiency stainless steel centrifugal pump ensures optimized dyeing liquid circulation, while the lifting roller is inverter-controlled for precise operation.The system includes a dyestuff tank equipped with a dosing pump, valve, and an efficient dyeing liquid circulation system. A liquid level indicator with a magnetic control water level sensing device provides accurate monitoring. Additionally, a high-efficiency heat exchanger enhances thermal performance.Water inlet, discharge, and flow cleaning are all managed by pneumatic valves for reliable and automated control.
