Introduction

AS-SH series efficiently handles bleaching, refining, dyeing and washing of diverse yarns (spun yarn, rayon, mercerized cotton, silk, cashmere, etc.). Its anti-cavitation system incorporates an energy-efficient, high-capacity pump that prevents water insufficiency and ensures consistent dyeing quality at high temperatures.The integrated weir-flow injection pipe prevents yarn tangling and simplifies unloading, minimizing material loss. An intelligent water regulator automatically optimizes flow according to yarn specifications and load size. Featuring an advanced 1:10-15 bath ratio design, the machine significantly reduces both water consumption and operational costs.
