Ocean Shipping

For oversize sheet, we use Flat Rack Container

We use suitable securing material to firmly fix the aluminum plates to the flat rack.
To prevent possible exposure to seawater or rain, we cover the entire cargo with waterproof tarps.
We ensure sheets are loaded with a low and evenly distributed center of gravity to avoid tilting during transportation.

Key Characteristics

Alloy Type: Al-Mg alloy (5xxx series) with 2.4-3.0% Mg and 0.5-1.0% Mn, offering excellent corrosion resistance and medium-high strength.
Mirror Finish: Achieved via mechanical/electropolishing, enhancing aesthetics and cleanability.
Weldability: Compatible with MIG/TIG; post-weld heat treatment unnecessary.
