GI coil, dipping a sheet of steel into a molten zinc bath so that it adheres to a sheet of zinc on

its surface. The main use of continuous galvanizing process production, that is, into a roll of

steel plate continuous dip in the melting of zinc plating tank made of galvanized steel plate.

 Room-temperature and high-temperature mechanical tests, Brinell hardness, HRC hardness,

 Macrostructure analysis, fracture detection, conductivity/resistance, density, grain size, hydrogen

 embrittlement, residual stress, dezincification corrosion, salt spray, annealing.

♦ Dimensional & Surface Measurement

 Surface roughness, burr angle, radius, inner and outer diameter measurement.

Ocean Shipping 

1) We use cushioning materials between the coil and wall, and tighten everything

    with specialized lashing straps.

2) We place non-slip wooden blocks under each coil to prevent any movement during the shipping.

3) It has the waterproof layer inside the package, we also put many desiccants in the container,

    to protect the cargo from moisture.

HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED STEEL COIL

Hot-dip galvanizing refers to the process of applying a protective zinc coating to a steel sheet or

iron sheet, in order to prevent rusting. As the full hard steel has undergone acid washing followed

by a rolling process through the zinc pot, a layer of zinc film is applied to the sheet’s surface.

Galvanized steel is specified for optimum corrosion protection and enhanced aesthetic appeal. 

Typical residential uses for galvanized steel include doors, window hoods, gutters, downspouts, etc.
