Application area:

Suitable for eco-friendly packaging such as paper cup, paper box, pre-printing carton for food/housing, milk package and wall paper printing etc., fast food,pad paper,wrapper. 

The production line is mainly used to produce packaging products of fast-food industry, including PE coated wrap paper, tray pad paper, burger box, chips box, paper cup etc. The line adopts creative technology and change traditional multiple production processes( roll to roll small format printing --->slitting--->trimming--->product package) to big format printing, on line slitting, on line over lapping and trimming, and automatic stacking. Reduce the waste of paper of about 3%-5%, and save lots of human resources, sharply reduce the loss of more working procedure, improve the production efficiency, shorten time of delivery and greatly reduces the staff in the process of production and packaging of direct contact.
