For each project, the form of "Customer Requirements Information Collection" shall be completed as the first step to deeply understand the customer's requirements, ensuring perfectly tailored solutions for our customers.
With quality commitments in mind, both our factory and processes are certified to ISO9001 and ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 certification has been incorporated into our roadmap, with expected completion by late this year or early next.
The Highest Demands on Our Suppliers
Require our vendors follow the same quality standards that we utilize. We conduct annual audits of all suppliers, with more stringent quarterly audits for critical material vendors, to ensure all of our suppliers full compliance with our sandards. Of course, our suppliers must commit to supplying materials that comply with RoHS and REACH standards.
