Plastic Polypropylene Biaxial Geogrid is made of high molecular polymer through extrusion, forming and punching before longitudinal and lateral stretching. This material has considerable tensile strength in longitudinal and lateral directions. This chain structure can effectively bear and diffuse forces on soil and is applicable to large area permanent load bearing foundation as a reinforcement material.

Construction method of plastic biaxial BX grid:

When plastic biaxial grid is used for roadbed and pavement, dig the base bed, set the sand cushion layer

(height difference is not more than 10cm), roll it into a platform, lay the grid, the longitudinal axis should be consistent with

 the main force direction, overlap 15-20cm longitudinally and 10cm horizontally, tie the overlap with plastic tape, and fix it

to the ground with U-shaped nails every 1.5-2m on the laid grid. The laid geogrid should be backfilled with soil in time,

and the number of laid geogrid layers depends on the technical requirements.
