Description

TRJQB series mud shear pump manufactured by Xi'an Tianrui Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. is an essential equipment for solids control systems in oil drilling, and it is also widely applied in metro shield tunneling, tunnel construction and bridge foundation projects. It is designed to strongly shear, disperse and fully hydrate bentonite, polymers and other additives in drilling fluid, effectively eliminate fish-eye lumps and improve overall mud performance. This pump can save 20% to 30% of bentonite and over 15% of polymers, optimize mud cake quality, reduce fluid loss and enhance gel strength to protect the wellbore. Adopting a horizontal axial suction structure, it is equipped with stainless steel turbines and multi-layer shear plates for high shearing efficiency and stable operation. The premium mechanical seal prevents liquid leakage, and the wear and corrosion resistant materials enable long-term continuous operation. Main models include TRJQB6535 and TRJQB6545, and the pump can be matched with jet mud mixers to form a complete mud preparation system.
