TR Series Drilling Shale Shaker is the primary stage solids control equipment in the mud treatment
system, responsible for separating the largest-sized drilled solids
from the circulating drilling fluid. As the first-phase processing unit, the shale shaker directly impacts the overall performance and
efficiency of the entire solids control setup. TR Solids Control
offers both linear motion and balanced elliptical motion shale shakers, along with double or triple shaker options mounted
on a single skid to meet varied site demands.
The shale shaker efficiently removes cuttings larger than 75μm, while the processed fluid moves on to the desander, desilter, or
decanter centrifuge for further treatment. Our equipment is
engineered for continuous operation under harsh drilling
conditions, and conforms to API, ISO, and EX standards.
