TRSL Series Jet Mud Mixing Hopper is an essential component in the solids control system, designed
for fast and uniform blending of drilling fluids and additives. It
is widely used in oil & gas drilling, HDD, tunneling, and other
trenchless construction fields. The equipment helps to prepare and
adjust the drilling fluid properties such as density, viscosity,
and water loss effectively.
This mixing hopper is usually used in combination with a shear pump
and centrifugal sand pump, forming a complete jet mixing system. It
is available in both metric and imperial standards, suitable for
drilling depths from 1,500m to 7,000m. TR mixing hopper features
compact structure, easy transport, and high mixing efficiency.
