The lightweight, conical Dexonmarine 700 mm buoy is designed for straightforward deployment, transportation and maintenance-free operation. Weighing just 40 kg, it can be handled by two people and installed without the need for heavy lifting equipment, making it perfect for small harbours, inland waterways and aquaculture zones.

Made from rotationally moulded LLDPE with EPS foam filling, the buoy is highly impact-resistant and permanently buoyant. An optional solar-powered marine LED light can be integrated for night marking. Dexonmarine supports OEM production, colour customisation and client branding, providing a flexible and efficient solution for modern navigation systems.

1. How are the buoys packaged to ensure they are delivered safely?
We carefully wrap our buoys in stretch film to prevent scratches and impact during transit. For larger shipments, we use reinforced pallets or plywood crates to guarantee stability and safety until they reach their destination.
2. What shipping methods are available?
We offer air freight, rail transport and sea shipping. Each option can be arranged based on urgency, cost-efficiency and project requirements.
3. What is the typical delivery time?
For standard models, delivery is usually within 7–15 days. For special, customised products, the lead time is approximately 25 days from mould opening to final delivery.
4. Can products be customised?
Yes. We can make adjustments to technical parameters, such as waterproof housings, customised topmark designs or logo printing. We also provide OEM/ODM services under confidentiality agreements.
5. What quality assurance can I expect?
Every buoy is manufactured in-house with full quality traceability. The materials, buoyancy and lighting systems are tested to ensure they meet IALA standards and provide a long service life and reliable performance in demanding environments.
