TSXDEY16A2 Schneider  Relay Module

TSXDEY16A2 is a discrete input module for Schneider Electric's Modicon Premium automation platform. It has 16 channels of 24VDC isolated input function and adopts modular design. Each module is divided into 8 channels according to functionality, supporting the allocation of application tasks for each channel group. It has fast isolation input characteristics, a filtering range of 0.1 to 7.5ms, can trigger event tasks, and supports configuring one input to control PLC's RUN/STOP The module has both module and process diagnostic functions, including sensor/pre actuator voltage checks, terminal block presence checks, short circuit and overload checks, etc. In addition, its input end has programmable filtering function, which can be configured for each channel. The input end is filtered through a fixed analog filter and a digital filter. The analog filter can ensure a maximum insensitivity to filter line interference of 0.1ms, and the digital filter can be set within the range of 0.1 to 7.5ms with an incremental step size of 0.5ms. The module supports live plugging and unplugging, and the wiring method supports 20 wire prefabricated cables, which is suitable for discrete signal acquisition and processing in industrial automation control scenarios.
