TSXDEY32D3K Schneider Relay Module TSXDEY32D3K is a discrete input module for the Modicon Premium automation platform under Schneider Electric. It has a 32 channel isolated input function and an input voltage of 48V (positive logic), suitable for discrete signal acquisition and processing in industrial automation control scenarios. This module adopts modular design, supports fast isolation of inputs, with a filtering range of 0.1 to 7.5ms, can trigger event tasks, and each module is divided into 8 channels according to functionality, supporting the allocation of application tasks for each channel group and having fault reactivation function. In addition, it can also configure one input to control the RUN/STOP mode of the PLC, support module diagnosis and process diagnosis, have programmable input filtering function, can configure each channel, and the I/O module can be plugged in and out with power. The wiring method supports 20 wire prefabricated cables, making it convenient for users to flexibly configure and use according to their actual needs. Technical specifcations for TSXDEY32D3K Input characteristics: Input voltage: 48V (positive logic) Modular channel count: 32 isolated inputs Functional features: Back down: Based on the input back down value, the channel is set to state 0 or 1. Maintain: The output remains in the state it was in before the PLC stopped. Module diagnosis: Any exchange error signal that hinders the normal operation of an output module or fast input module will be given, and any internal module failure will also be signaled. Process diagnosis: including sensor/pre actuator voltage check, terminal block presence check, short circuit and overload check, sensor voltage check, etc. Latch: Specially accepts short pulses with a delay time less than the PLC scanning time. Event input: Ensure that events are accepted and that they can be processed immediately (interrupt handling). These inputs are associated with event handling (EVTi) and defined in configuration mode. Programmable input filtering: The input terminal has filtering function and can be configured for each channel. The input is filtered through a fixed analog filter and a digital filter. Analog filters can ensure a maximum insensitivity of 0.1ms to filter line interference; digital filters can be set within the range of 0.1 to 7.5ms, with an incremental step size of 0.5ms. Installation and wiring: Live plugging and unplugging: I/O modules (including dedicated modules) can be plugged and unplugged with power.
