TSXP57253M Schneider Relay Module TSXP57253M is a Premium series PLC processor launched by Schneider Electric, with excellent performance and reliability, suitable for industrial automation control scenarios. This module supports high-speed Boolean instruction execution (only 37ns) and numerical instruction execution (only 45ns), with a built-in multiprocessor architecture. The main processor is responsible for program computation, while the co processor handles communication to ensure efficient system operation. It is equipped with a 12Mbps backplane bus communication rate, supporting Modbus TCP/IP standard industrial Ethernet protocol, with a communication rate of not less than 100Mbps. The Ethernet interface supports IO scanning mode, which can automatically identify network devices and facilitate device addition, removal, and maintenance. In addition, the module provides 7MB expandable CPU memory, built-in real-time clock, integrated 12Mbps USB high-speed programming port, supports multiple programming languages such as LD, FBD, ST, SFC, IL, etc., complies with IEC61131-3 standard, and has hot standby redundancy function. Based on Modicon mature technology, it provides a reliable hot standby solution to ensure that the system can maintain high availability in the event of a failure. capabilities. Backplane bus communication rate: The backplane bus communication rate is a constant 12Mbps, which does not attenuate with the increase of rack and communication distance, ensuring the real-time and deterministic performance of the system. Ethernet communication: Communication protocol: Supports Modbus TCP/IP standard industrial Ethernet protocol. Communication speed: not less than 100Mbps. Features: Supports IO scanning mode, can automatically identify various devices on the Ethernet, facilitates users to add or remove devices online in real-time, and is easy to maintain. CPU memory: The CPU memory can be expanded to 7MB, ensuring sufficient available program space. Real time clock: The CPU has a built-in real-time clock that can provide time labels for all information. Processor architecture: The CPU module integrates multiple processors, with the main processor handling program operations and the co processors handling communication, ensuring high system availability. SOE accuracy: The SOE accuracy is strictly guaranteed to be within 5ms, ensuring that the cause of the fault can be accurately and timely identified when it occurs. Programming software and language: Programming software: compliant with IEC61131-3 standard. Programming languages: Provides various programming languages such as LD (ladder diagram), FBD (function block diagram), ST (structured text), SFC (sequential function diagram), IL (instruction list), etc., to achieve offline simulation functions. Interface features: The CPU is integrated with Ethernet and equipped with a 12Mbps USB high-speed programming port, making it convenient for users to download and debug programs.
